Child, Youth and Family Studies Diploma Alternative
Program Overview
The Child, Youth and Family Studies Diploma is an alternative available to students who, once they have graduated with a 1st year certificate, do not wish to continue to a diploma in their specialty (Human Service Work, Education Assistant, or ECE), but who prefer to gain education in a different specialty area.
Note: For students who have not completed a Certificate, but who would like permission to take Diploma level courses for professional development, see Admission Options.
