A healthy back can have a direct impact on posture, balance, mobility, mental health, alertness and energy necessary to meet the demands life requires. Improve your back health through specific strength and mobility exercises for the spine. These exercises will be taught in sequence and can be incorporated into a fitness routine at home.
Course includes an exercise take home manual and tubing.
All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for exercise and gym type footwear.
