Course Overview:

In this hearty cooking class, you will start out with a basic stock that emphasizes the development of deep flavours to enhance vegetable purees, cream and broth based soups and stews. Different soups and stews will be prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. Fresh artisan bread and buns are served to complement the meal to be enjoyed in the class. Bring your appetite. Recipes will be provided for take home.
