International Learning Travel Awards

There are enormous benefits to studying abroad. However, the cost to take part may be a barrier to some students. To reduce the costs of College-organized field schools, field trips and semesters abroad, the College provides International Travel Learning Awards to eligible students. The purpose of College of the Rockies International Learning Travel Awards is to help offset costs for:

  1. Domestic students who will participate in a student exchange program abroad with a College partner, and
  2. Domestic and international students who:
  • Have been selected to take part in a College-organized field school abroad or field trip abroad, or
  • Have been selected to travel abroad to contribute to and learn from the College’s international work, or
  • Otherwise intend to engage in an international experience that has academic merit and that is linked to the student’s education and personal goals
