<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong>The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the electrical trade and related equipment.  You will also have Red Seal certification in the electrical trade and considerable work experience in the electrical field.  Experience in a variety of industrial settings is an asset (i.e. residential, commercial and heavy industry).  Knowledge of the electrical codes and electrical needs of both the heavy and construction industries are required.  Good communication, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills are also essential.  Experience is adult education, online learning or teaching is also an asset.</p>]]>

<p><strong>Duties: </strong>This position is responsible for operational management of international development projects and contracts, outbound staff and student mobility, and international internships at the College of the Rockies. This includes research and proposal development to expand COTR’s international projects/contracts portfolio, employment of due diligence and fiscal responsibility in management of projects and contracts, and day to day management of staff and student outbound mobility programs.  Reporting to the Executive Director, International Affairs, this position works closely with other members of the International team and is responsible for liaising with academic and service departments at the College. To be effective in this role you will be creative, innovative, and growth-oriented, will have extensive cross-cultural experience, and will have demonstrated management and project management skills and knowledge. </p>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong>The position requires a Bachelor degree in business, education or a related field with at least 5 years related experience in international education and/or business, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience in post-secondary education along with knowledge of international business development and international mobility programming, and second language ability is desired . Well-developed communication (written and oral), computer, interpersonal and organizational skills; attention to detail; and a commitment to quality customer service are essential.</p>]]>

This work will be done for online and face-to-face delivery.  The successful candidate(s), working in close consultation/collaboration with faculty, will research and develop Moodle-based modules and/or applicable materials to support the indigenization of current curriculum.  It is expected that the successful applicant(s) will utilize relevant and current Indigenous scholarship and Aboriginal literacy as a foundation for their work.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong>An Aboriginal person with a graduate degree and content expertise is preferred.  Curriculum development and a working knowledge of online platforms, including Moodle, is a definite asset.
