Construction continues on our new Trades facility. Over the past few weeks, excavation has concluded and foundation work has begun. During the week of June 5th, footings were poured and some of the foundation walls were starting to be formed. The concrete work is all being performed by another local business – Silverado Construction and is coming along beautifully.
I went for my first close-up look of the site today and it is very exciting to see the footprint of some portions of the building beginning to take shape. If you take a look at the photo above, the large structure on the left will be the main staircase while the smaller structure to the right is the elevator shaft.
