Course Overview
If you’re looking for a good reason to get outside and spend time with your dog, agility training is a great way to provide physical and mental exercise for both of you!
Agility is a great way to get rid of your dog’s excess energy. Running through a course that involves passing over and through a variety of obstacles will challenge your dog’s mind and body. Agility can help to strengthen a dog’s muscles, improve coordination, keep him fit, and increase endurance.
As the handler, you will be running alongside your dog. While you both compete to finish the course, you will be treated to a great cardio workout!
**NOTE: Dogs must be a minimum 1 year old; ONE dog per handler/registrant.
