Using minimal equipment and avoiding strain on the body, this fitness class will focus on pulsing and fluid full body movement targeting booty burn, thighs, and back, using the ballet barre for placement, as well as some mat core sequences and little cardio bursts. You will enjoy this energy-infused class that will leave you feeling toned, with improved posture and alignment. Feel your muscles work in ways you haven’t before!
No previous experience needed.
Attire: Stretchy yoga/athletic leggings or shorts and fitness top and bare foot/socks. Please bring your own mat. Limited supply available for use.
