Cultivating Inclusive Culture: Emotional & Cultural Intelligence

Course Overview

This 3-hour “bite-size” course teaches key skills in Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Cultural Intelligence (CI) to promote inclusivity. Participants will explore how biases, privilege, and intersectionality influence social interactions and learn to enhance their emotional awareness and cross-cultural communication. Through group discussions, self-assessments, and practical exercises, participants will develop strategies to foster inclusive environments in both personal and professional spaces. The course ends with a personalized action plan to help sustain a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB
