Course Overview
This week-long day camp filled with smiles, splashes and skills for participants aged 10 to 14. The Elk River Discovery Camp gives kids the chance to make friends and develop outdoor skills throughout our mountain community. Campers will be learning about the natural environment in which we live and play, develop skills in Water and River safety skills, paddleboarding, canoeing, River hydrology, Ecosystem and ecology, fishing and fish ecology, environmental stewardship activities, cultural appreciation, rafting, wild yoga and geocaching by water and land!
