Course Overview
In this 3-hour “bite-size” course, participants will gain skills to foster inclusion, challenge biases, and create belonging in shared spaces. They will learn to address biases and microaggressions, develop strategies for constructive conversations, and practice active allyship to support marginalized communities. Through discussions, self-assessments, and
practical exercises, participants will explore how inclusive leadership and advocacy drive meaningful change. The course concludes with a personalized action plan to sustain a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB). Cultivating Inclusive Culture: Emotional and Cultural Intelligence in Shared Spaces is recommended as a prerequisite.
