Course Overview

With the guidance of a professional baker working with local, organic ingredients and freshly milled whole grain flours you will Learn how to make stylish treats that are easy to prepare and great for parties, potlucks, and traditional dinners. Students learn a variety of baking techniques and work with fruits, nuts, chocolate, pastry, and cake. Please bring: 1 of each – pie plate, baking sheet, and take-home containers.
