Course Overview

Explore and develop your creativity while learning the foundations of clay, surface design, and glaze in this 6-week hand building pottery class. Take pride in all your creations!

This is a safe space where each person can feel free and empowered to achieve goals through their art. Each week you’ll learn different techniques and create a variety of items that highlight your skills.

Bring a snack, water, patience, a wooden rolling pin. Wear clothes and shoes that can get a bit dirty. An apron is a bonus. Jewelry will get gunked up and dent your clay, so please remove it before class to keep it clean and safe.

This class is for teens 13-18 years old.
