Course Overview

A great strategic plan tells the story of what a non-profit organization is all about – its purpose, people, vision and values. This workshop will support you to identify goals that align with your organization’s vision, strengths and opportunities and establish actions and deliverables to help you achieve them.

Nicole Morgan is an experienced Human Resources professional, non-profit director and volunteer, and instructor at College of the Rockies. She created this workshop especially for Basin non-profits building on 15+ years of experience facilitating strategic planning sessions for local businesses and organizations.
