After a decade of teaching yoga in schools, Kristine Divall, cofounder of Vinyasa Yoga for Youth, noticed key themes around what kept youth coming back to practice yoga over and over: they just felt better, not only physically but also mentally. This series will introduce students to yoga, meditation, and other practices that support mental wellbeing throughout their lives. In addition, students can expect to engage in discussions and learn new tools to support their mental wellbeing.
