Deepen understanding of human rights and inclusion principles in the workplace.
This 90-minute workshop will focus on how inclusion principles can be incorporated into the workplace for a more respectful environment.
In this session, we will:
- Develop an awareness of the responsibilities and protections of Human Rights legislation in the workplace
- Understand key terms and principles integral to an inclusive and respectful workplace
- Identify actions and tools that individuals can engage to work support inclusive and respectful workplaces
