Y Mind – Learn to Cope with Stress Workshop Series

FreeIn collaboration with EKASS, College of the Rockies is offering a free workshop series for young people ages 18-30 called Y Mind. This program is a unique opportunity to learn effective coping strategies for managing worry and stress in a supportive environment. It is a 7-week program facilitated by mental health professionals, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques. Come connect with others with similar experiences, while benefiting from some help in managing mild-to moderate stress, anxiety, and low mood.

When: Wednesdays, starting October 25th and ending December 6 | FROM 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
