DESCRIPTION:Take Your Education to New Heights!\nJoin instructors for a live\, virtual information session to learn all about our Adventure Tourism Business Operations (ATBO) program. ATBO is big on adventure but also focuses on the business skills you need to work in the tourism industry or to start your own tourism business\, including entrepreneurship\, marketing\, sustainability and business training. \nSince 1995\, (that’s right\, it is our 30th Anniversary this year!) we have been training professionals in Adventure Tourism. Our graduates can be found working across Canada and around the world\, leading the way in the Adventure Tourism industry. \nOur 2-year ATBO Diploma provides credits towards COTR’s BBA or a degree in tourism and includes classroom sturdy\, lab work\, field trip experiences and a 6-week practicum. \nThis event is free to attend but we do ask that you pre-register. \nPlease note that Golden\, BC is located in the Mountain Time Zone.
