From the Office of David Walls, President, College of the Rockies
Message to Students and Employees:
April 2, 2020
Hello students and employees:
As we navigate these challenging times, it’s imperative for us to think about how we are keeping ourselves, our family members, and members of our communities safe as we integrate social distancing and other safeguards into this “new normal” of everyday life.
This “new normal” is changing how we can operate, and I have an update to share with you about our 2020 Convocation event. With the current limitations on public gatherings and the health and safety of our students, their families and employees top of mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our June 2020 Convocation Ceremony. We know this is an important milestone for all graduates and their families. We are still considering if there is an alternative way to celebrate this important event and we will be in touch with our graduating students with updates as we have more information.
Please ensure that your mailing address and contact information is current to receive your documentation as a new graduate. Log into AccessCOTR Self Service to view your User Profile to view and update your contact information.
The college will be refunding students who have already paid for their 2020 Convocation Fees and you will receive a full refund for the application for graduation.
