You may choose to live in Student Residence, or in a rental apartment.
If you plan to live in Student Residence, you should apply at the same time that you apply for your program.
Living in Residence:
Note: We offer revised rates and payment deadlines for programs which fall outside of the standard academic semester (such as Trades programs). Please contact the Residence Life Coordinator for more information.
Download and complete the College of the Rockies Student Residence Application Form form and email, fax, or drop off in person at the Cranbrook Campus.
Important note: Residence applications are only processed once an application fee of $35.00 has been received along with an application form. The application fee can be paid using the following methods:

Finding housing that is safe, affordable, and convenient is important to students attending the College from outside our local area. Our Off-Campus Student Housing Registry is a first point of contact between students and potential renters and landlords.
*The College will not be involved in any agreements, arrangements or warranties for either party. Our aim is to help students find a place to live by connecting them with citizens of our community who can help.
