The Food Safety for Food Handlers online course is recognized as the online equivalent to FOODSAFE Level 1 in BC and covers important regulatory requirements in food safety and worker safety. The course work provides practice questions and real life scenarios, all of which are online.
A minimum of six hours is spent in the course, followed by the final quiz, which is also online. Access to the course is available 24/7. The course and the final quiz must be completed within 30 days of starting. Upon successful completion, students will receive a KnowledgeWare Food Safety for Food Handlers online certificate, valid for five years.
