LivingWorks safeTALK

Course Overview

LivingWorks safeTALK is a four-hour face-to-face course featuring powerful presentations, audiovisuals, and skills practice. At a LivingWorks safeTALK course you will learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, engaging someone, and connecting them to an intervention resource for further support. The SafeTALK steps are designed so that any community member can use them. Participants must be aged 15 and older. Participants will receive a workbook, a wallet card and a certificate issued by LivingWorks. Recommended certificate renewal is two years.
