Not-for-Profit Board Basics

Course Overview

This course is for both new and experienced individuals serving as Board Members of not-for-profit organizations (NPOs), including charities. The course will be interactive, with instruction reinforced through practical application of topics through activities and discussion.

The session will be led by retired Golden lawyer Glen Ewan, K.C., and will cover Board Governance basics, Administrative Matters, and Risk Management.
