Course Overview
A telehandler is a class 7 powered industrial truck (ITA*) fitted with a horizontal boom rather than a vertical mast. This course is designed to provide Telehandler operators with a solid foundation in health and safety standards, pre-use hazard assessments and safety inspection, and safe operating procedures. Completion of certification meets or exceeds WorkSafeBC requirements. Upon successful completion, students receive an IVES Certificate valid for three years.
