Course Overview

Build your capacity to facilitate meetings by understanding the components and characteristics of effective meetings and the tools and techniques to make the most of them. This workshop will focus on three components of effective meetings: preparation, meeting facilitation and follow-up.

The session will be led by retired Golden lawyer, Glen Ewan, K.C., and will involve group participation.
