Feuling Engagement, not Burnout, in Teaching & Learning

Burnout affects both instructors and students, often affecting well-being, motivation, and learning. In this workshop, participants will draw on Maslach and Leiter’s The Burnout Challenge to examine the conditions that contribute to burnout and explore strategies for sustaining engagement, energy, and purpose in teaching and learning.
