What’s new with Student Life and Athletics!

We've been working throughout September and October to make the weight room even safer with enhanced health and safety protocols.

The weight room remains available to students and employees only, but hours have been expanded to Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (subject to change). Under our new protocols, please book an appointment to use the weight room through our new online booking system.

We’re thrilled to offer virtual fitness classes on our Student Life Facebook page, as well as a range of live events through our Student Life Experience available through COTRonline (Enrollment Key = activities). This Experience is a fun and interactive way for you to connect with your fellow classmates. We hope you’ll join us for our live events throughout the year.
