If you have been to the Cranbrook campus or have used the Community Forest trails near the College lately, you know that work is underway on our new student housing facilities.
Once completed, we will have five beautiful new student housing buildings with room for 100 students. Two, two-storey buildings will be completed first and be ready to welcome students for the fall 2020 semester. The final three, three-storey buildings, including one with accessible units, will be ready for occupants for January 2021.
A lot of the prep work has been completed and our first buildings will soon begin taking shape. Footings have been poured for the initial two buildings, and framing will soon be underway. It will be exciting to see the progress in the next weeks and months. Stay tuned for additional updates and photos.
