Invermere Campus
Surrounded by the stunning Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, and nestled in the valley of a thousand peaks, Invermere is home to approximately 3,500 permanent residents and serves the Columbia Valley from Radium Hot Springs to Fairmont Hot Springs. Invermere is situated on Lake Windermere which is one of the warmest and largest lakes in the region attracting boating and swimming enthusiasts as well as fishing and outdoor skating activities. It is a hub for world-class skiing, golf, hiking, rafting, climbing, and mountain biking. Tourism and Forestry are the leading industries in the area.
Fun facts:

- The Columbia Valley wetlands are the longest continuous wetlands remaining in North America.
- Kicking Horse Coffee, considered a pioneer in Canada for selling both fairtrade and organic coffee was also named Canada’s #1 best workplace in 2018. It is ranked as one of Canada’s most trusted brands, and makes its home in Invermere.
