Child and Youth Development

This course is designed for education assistant students and provides comprehensive understanding of child and youth development. Students will explore a variety of theories and perspectives on child and youth development. The course focuses on the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of K-12 students in primary, intermediate, middle, and high school levels.
