Strategic Management
In this course, students analyze complex business environments and make strategic decisions within real-world constraints and competing priorities. Using a team-based business simulation, students manage an organization by integrating operating, financial, marketing, and human resource decisions. Students develop, implement, and evaluate strategies using financial and non-financial performance measures, with emphasis on execution, risk, and accountability. Strategic thinking is strengthened through reports and presentations to simulated stakeholders.
