Course Overview
The Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCOE) has created a blended course providing participants with the best opportunity for preparing to successfully pass the Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Exam. PMCOE has partnered with two PM industry leaders to provide an exciting and effective preparation experience.
The course content covers the Project Management Body of Knowledge and Standards and also covers a great deal of other knowledge that is identified as testable matters from the exam specification. The course is designed using adult learning techniques that are sensitive to individual learning styles. We use the three major learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) for all lessons to promote learning in your preferred style. This course includes a variety of learning tools and study aids that are consistent with PMI/CAPM® processes and terminology.
Participants will enhance their competencies in understanding and applying the Project Management Body of Knowledge and general project management knowledge. Participants will gain experience writing practice exams that are the same or similar to the PMP/CAPM® designation exam. Participants will gain an understanding of the exam itself and how best to take the exam successfully.
