The Special Event Planning Program provides a general foundation of event planning concepts that can apply to various types of events including weddings, festivals, conferences, meetings, workshops, training events, grand openings, and more. Become familiar with the theory behind the many aspects of event planning and find out how to apply the theory in a practical setting through event simulations.
This 12-week program is fully online and introduces the planning, organizing, delivering and evaluating of special events through four course modules.

Upon successful completion, students receive a CE College of the Rockies Special Event Planning Program Certificate of Achievement.
