Course Overview
This fast-paced, one-day St. John’s Ambulance course is designed for people who work in licensed child and adult care facilities and is suitable for anyone who provides care for infants, children and/or adults in licensed adult care and childcare facilities. It is also suitable for federal government employees, home care providers, coaches, and care support workers. This course also meets first aid requirements for Canada Labour Code Basic First Aid but is NOT recognized as equivalent to WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 1. Successful completion of this course also includes a CPR Level B and AED certificate.
