How to Apply for Graduation

If you have completed or will complete the requirements of the program you are enrolled in by June 30, 2026, and are eligible to graduate, you must complete the following steps:

There are two ways to complete the Application for Graduation form:

• Log in to AccessCOTR
• Click on the Student Menu
• Click on Apply for Graduation
• Pay the $35 graduation fee if you are attending the Convocation Ceremony

or

• Complete an Application for Graduation form online or in-person at the Enrolment Services department at the Cranbrook campus and pay the $35 graduation fee if you are attending the Convocation Ceremony.

Important Information for Graduates

You will need to pay all outstanding tuition and fees on your account. If you have outstanding fees you will not receive your credential until all tuition and fees have been paid

Update your personal information with any address, phone and email changes in AccessCOTR, or by submitting changes via email to reghelp@cotr.bc.ca or by submitting changes in person at the Admissions and Registration department at your local campus.
