Graduation Package

If you have completed or will complete the requirements of the program you are enrolled in by June 30, 2025, and are eligible to graduate, you must complete the following steps:

• Apply to graduate:  Complete the “Application for Graduation” form.
• Convocation Ceremony: Within the Application for Graduation form, check “ATTENDING” the convocation ceremony and pay the $35 grad package fee by Friday, May 2, 2025.

There are two ways to complete the Application for Graduation form:

• Log in to AccessCOTR
• Click on the Student Menu
• Click on Apply for Graduation
• Pay the $35 graduation package fee if you are attending the Convocation Ceremony

or

• Complete an Application for Graduation form online or in-person at the Enrolment Services department at the Cranbrook campus and pay the $35 graduation package fee if you are attending the Convocation Ceremony.

Important Information for Graduates

You will need to pay all outstanding tuition, residence or library fees on your account. If you have outstanding fees you will still be able to graduate, however you will not receive your credential until all fees have been paid.

Update your personal information with any address, phone and email changes in AccessCOTR, or by submitting changes via email to reghelp@cotr.bc.ca or by submitting changes in person at the Admissions and Registration department at your local campus.
