Course Overview

This culinary series will feature a different country’s cuisine each class. If you love trying new food and immersing yourself in other cultures, then this class is for you! Spend an evening learning how to prepare scrumptious dishes from various regions around the world. Each class includes all ingredients, hands-on learning, and a communal meal of the culinary delights you and your fellow students create. This week’s featured cuisine is Swiss.
