Course Overview

In this session, you’ll define Cultural Intelligence (CI), exploring the barriers and benefits while understanding how CI can support relationships of all kinds. You’ll also examine individual and organizational culture and the role it plays in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) work.
