If you are in a position where WorkSafeBC OFA regulations require certification to the OFA Level 2, this is the program for you. Primarily designed for the urban first aid attendant, this five-day course takes you through the basics of airway, breathing and circulation, preparing you to deal with obstructed airways, breathing distress, bleeding control, shock and CPR. Patient assessment, upper limb splinting and minor wound care are also covered. Upon successful completion, students receive a WorkSafeBC OFA Level 2 Certificate, valid for three years.
Note: You must pick up your books at your local campus prior to course start date.
