Prerequisite: Basic Bookkeeping or equivalent experience
Both the Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks in the Cloud courses are taught in person, on campus. However, the applications Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online are quite different business bookkeeping solutions. Please contact the college if you require more information in choosing which course is the best fit for you.
Course Overview
QuickBooks Online empowers small business owners to manage their business on the go, using a phone, tablet, or laptop and internet connection. Data is secure and safely accessible from anywhere. This course introduces you to QuickBooks Online and explores setting up and reconciling accounts, creating and sending invoices, entering and paying bills, and generating reports. To access the QuickBooks Online course you will be sent instructions to download a 1 year free subscription with Intuit. You will be required to give Intuit some personal information.
Requirements: Basic Bookkeeping or previous bookkeeping experience.
