Course Overview

This course will provide an overview of the basics for residential tenancies, for both landlords and tenants. The law in British Columbia has changed significantly in recent years, and both landlords and tenants need to be aware of their respective rights and obligations. For prospective landlords, know what you are committing to prior to entering into a tenancy agreement. For tenants, you have new significant rights that can be enforced at a nominal expense.
