This course meets and exceeds NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, and may lead to Pro Board certification upon successful completion. The course is designed for individuals who want to develop the knowledge and ability to develop and deliver instruction effectively from a lesson plan created by instructor, including instructional aids and evaluation instruments. The Instructor II will be able to create as well as modified lesson plans to the unique requirements of the students and the authority having jurisdiction. The Instructor II is able to evaluate and supervise Instructors. The Instructor II can develop and analyze students and class evaluations instruments.
