Receiving a transcript from College of the Rockies
Current or Former College of the Rockies Students
How To Request Your Official Transcript:
Official transcripts are confidential and can only be released by request of a current or former student. A requested transcript will not be made until the request and payment have been received through one of the methods detailed below. Transcripts are typically made once per week on Thursdays unless the student places a hold on their request.
If you previously attended College of the Rockies, a College of the Rockies transcript is not a requirement of admission into a College of the Rockies program.
If you want to review your transcript but you do not require an official copy, you can download an unofficial transcript on AccessCOTR.
