COTR Museia Series – Change Management and Implementing Lasting Organizational Change

Change Management & Implementing Lasting Organizational Change
Change management processes often date back to Kurt Lewin in the 1940’s. There have been a multitude of scholarly articles that have proven the effectiveness of various methods, but often these processes still aren’t universally adopted. This Museia will explore some of the history of change management, look at real-life examples of successes and failures, with a focus on providing valuable information and practical processes to help any organization make meaningful and sustainable change.
