Digital Accessibility Essentials: Designing Accessible Slide deck

We often share PowerPoint slides—frequently relying on visual elements—with our audience as resource. However, not everyone can see or interpret these visuals. In this session, you will learn how to make your presentations accessible to all users, including those who may have difficulty processing visual information. We’ll cover how to ensure that all important visual content—such as images, colors, and animations—is also provided in non-visual formats, like text descriptions or audio. 

By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped to create PowerPoint presentations that are inclusive and effective for every audience member, regardless of their ability to perceive visual information.
