Business Law

In this course, students will gain a comprehensive overview of the Canadian common law legal system, along with applicable statute laws and regulations. Students will explore business obligations and liabilities arising from torts, contracts, and various business-related laws. Emphasis is placed on managing risks in an organization’s business activities.
